CPM client Monica Enand, Founder and CEO of Zapproved, was one of the senior executives interviewed recently along with other prominent Oregon business leaders by the Portland Business Journal. As these companies hit triple-digit growth in the last two years, the publication wanted to know the biggest lessons they’ve learned on their wild ride to the top.
Monica’s lesson: Listen to the customer. Feedback from clients helped Zapproved refine early editions of product and fuel expansions. Once you have a great customer base, she said, you’ll open the possibility of customers telling you what should come next.
