Phillip Sapon

Principal, Chief Strategy Officer

Phillip is co-owner and co-founder of CPM One Source, Inc. With 25 years of experience in the field of relocation and project management, he has the insight and the big picture perspective to determine areas for business growth and sustainability in the industry. Phillip is responsible for the overall company strategy and management including business development, business operations and large project organization. In addition, Phillip oversees management teams of the Project Management sector, Storage & Logistics, as well as the Relocation & Installation division. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration at California State University in Northridge, California has a California Real Estate Broker License.

Ted Afetian

Principal, Chief Financial Officer

Ted is co-owner and co-founder of CPM One Source, Inc., with experience in the relocation and project management field surpassing 25 years. Ted is responsible for overall company strategy and management including business development, business operations and large project organization. In addition, Ted oversees various company sectors including: furniture procurement, turnkey solutions & company administrative support. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration at California State University in Northridge, California and has his General Contracting License.

Paul Artelles

Director of Business Development

Paul is a well-known figure in the tenant improvement and office space industry with 25 years in sales and business development. With years of experience in revenue contribution, he brings leadership to the CPM organization, developing new business opportunities and creating customized solutions for customer needs.
 
For more than two decades, Paul has been responsible for growing under developed territories into revenue generating profit centers by providing hardware to software technology solutions. And then beginning in 2009, Paul continued his passion for technology and started a new career in selling high-voltage and low-voltage technology solutions in the tenant relocation and improvement industry. Now, he brings his enthusiasm and passion for sales and business development to help grow CPM’s business units.

Marco Cortés

Project Associate

Marco joined CPM with a degree from the Universidad de Especialidades, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. His background and passion for analyzing and processing information through different media is an important skill for relocation project management and integrated workplace management systems. He is an integral member of the relocation project management team and his attention to detail and analytical skills help ensure clients’ relocation projects are well planned, implemented and executed on time and on budget with minimal disruption. Marco also leads CPM’s technology disconnect/reconnect team.

Katie Akker

Designer

Katie is part of our design team and is known for her wild carefree style and outgoing personality. She brings her style, background and skill to every project she works on. Her passion for interior design goes back to her dreaming days as a child. She pursued her passion at Kendall College of Art and Design, Grand Rapids, Michigan which is a historic furniture-manufacturing center and is nicknamed Furniture City. She leads CPM design project teams with originality and uniqueness which is evidence in the outcome of the projects. Katie contributes also to furniture specifications and space planning.

Janeth Cruz

Designer

Janeth brings years of experience to the CPM design team. Along with her solution-driven designs, she brings a passion for symmetry with design and the environment. She believes that design should work within our environment, making it a lasting creation and a sustainable environment. She crafted her skills in design at The Art Institute, San Diego with a B.S. in Interior Design. She has worked with a diverse list of interior and architectural design firms in the States and Mexico. Janeth is fluent in Italian and Spanish and is active in the sport of Fencing and an avid swimmer. 

Janelle Budoy

Business Development/Client Relations

Janelle is an east coast native that fell in love with the laid back and wildly creative world of Los Angeles. She directs the business development team and client relations at CPM. She has a marketing and interior design background from The Art Institute of Virginia Beach, Virginia (a branch of The Art Institute of Atlanta). Her dedication to the industry is evidence in her constantly keeping up with current trends and offering innovative solutions and ideas to our design team. Janelle is our main point of contact and focuses on building lasting business relationships. When not in the office, you can find her at conferences, industry events and networking with different industry groups.

Jane Shin

Business Development/Client Relations

Jane has been a long-time resident of California growing up in La Cresenta. She started her schooling at the well-known Cleveland Humanities Magnet High School where their mission is to develop critical thinkers. She furthered her studies at one of the west coast’s top universities, CSU Long Beach, which is the largest publicly funded art schools west of the Mississippi. Jane graduated with a B.A. in Design with other notable graduates as Steven Spielberg, Linda Woolverton, Steve Martin and Chris Carter, all in the arts. Jane brings her skills of problem solving, space planning and experience with 3D software to CPM. When Jane is not working, you can find her at the beach or in the mountains snowboarding. With her background and love for the arts, one of her life goals is to visit the Palace of Versailles and the Gardens while it is raining. She is fluent in Korean.

Rock Lee

Marketing Associate

Rock was born in South Korea and grew up the majority of his life in Singapore. During his time in Singapore, he developed a strong and highly motivated character, serving as a sergeant in the Singapore Armed Forces. He then moved to the United States to earn a business degree at University of Southern California and acquired strong analytical and creative skills needed to market products and dominate market segments. He works enthusiastically in a team environment to define product visions and solidify brand messages.

Cheyenne Kato

Bookkeeper

Cheyenne is a native-born California gal with a love for numbers. She manages the accounting department and works closely with the executive team. Cheyenne holds an A.S. in accounting from College of the Canyons, Valencia, California and keeps up to date with new developments in the accounting industry by attending classes and workshops.

Ricky Gaytan

Operations Manager

Ricky is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the moving and installation crews for all of our relocation projects. He is also responsible for managing client relations from the start of the bidding phase of a project to its completion. With his numerous years of experience, he has built lasting relationships.

Memo Reyes

Client Relations

Memo has been with CPM One Source for 6 years and is currently responsible for managing day-to-day move and installation projects. He works to provide clients with solutions to their individual needs and requests such as project walk-thru’s, estimating, and final project management. Memo also heads project scheduling and dispatching for all relocation projects.
