CPM had the pleasure of working with The City of Beverly Hills to fulfill Furniture Management & Procurement, Storage, and Relocation Project Management services for its new center, the Roxbury Community Center during the Spring of 2014. CPM was inspired by the beautiful, light-filled space, and enjoyed helping to craft a welcoming environment for community members to utilize and enjoy.
After many projects together, including a similar project for the City of Beverly Police Department, the City had great confidence in CPM’s industry experience, expertise and our ability to successfully complete a project from start to finish.
Designed to Enhance the Center’s Innovative Features
CPM paired up with RTK Architects, who designed and specced the space, and chose furniture from Kimball Office, Allermuir, Fluid Concepts and Interstuhl, among others, to outfit the community center and highlight the innovative features and modern architectural finishes.
Following the Center’s strict construction schedule, CPM’s role was to clear and prep the space for demolition, utilizing our offsite storage facilities. Once construction was completed, CPM delivered and installed all new and existing product, following up on any punch list as necessary.
Collaborating for a Successful Project
Kimball Office who worked very close and diligently with us on this project provided the majority of lounge, task seating, and systems furniture. The Kimball team proved to be an essential part of the procuring process and delivered great detail, product knowledge, and customer service to ensure a smooth and successful experience for our team as well as for our client.
The center, which opened in June 2014, is a warm, bright and welcoming place. CPM was pleased to have helped provide the community with a beautiful and comfortable center.
