Phillip Sapon
Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Phillip is co-owner and co-founder of CPM One Source, Inc. With 25 years of experience in the field of relocation and project management, he has the insight and the big picture perspective to determine areas for business growth and sustainability in the industry. Phillip is responsible for the overall company strategy and management including business development, business operations and large project organization. In addition, Phillip oversees management teams of the Project Management sector, Storage & Logistics, as well as the Relocation & Installation division. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from California State University in Northridge, California and has a California Real Estate Broker License.

Ted Afetian
Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer

Ted is co-owner and co-founder of CPM One Source, Inc., with experience in the relocation and project management field surpassing 25 years. Ted is responsible for overall company strategy and management including business development, business operations and large project organization. In addition, Ted oversees various company sectors including: furniture procurement, turnkey solutions & company administrative support. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration at California State University in Northridge, California and has his General Contracting License.


Zane Anderson
Director, Commercial & Hospitality Solutions

Zane worked for a large National Relocation company for 26 years; serving as President and General Manager for 15 years and Director of Hospitality for two years prior to coming to CPM. Zane worked as Sales Manager for a boutique Commercial Real Estate Company prior to his work in the Commercial/Hospitality field. He has operational and project experience; overseeing over 2,000 commercial relocation. In addition, he has had operational oversight and responsibility for FF&E, warehousing, and installation for several hospitality projects; including The Wilshire Grand Hotel in DTLA. Zane uses his extensive knowledge of the commercial and hospitality industry to elevate CPM’s project portfolio, mixing innovative new business with time-tested expertise.

Zane holds a B.A. in Business Administration with an Economics emphasis from California State University of Fullerton

Ignacio Negrete Jr.
Client Relations

After years of impressive work with CPM as an installer, Ignacio Negrete Jr. stepped into a new role as our head of Client Relations. As our Client Relations contact, you will find Ignacio available on-site for any of our clients’ needs. Ignacio brings to the team impeccable knowledge of the field and a commitment to our client relationships. Having spent several years overseeing our crew, providing stellar CPM services, there is nobody more dedicated to assuring you a quality experience on all jobs, no matter the size or scope.

Deborah Shin
Project Manager

Deborah is a member of CPM’s Project Management team who also brings her expertise to many TI & Remodel projects. Bringing with her an enthusiasm to support and grow with the company, Deborah’s attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset are pivotal to the smooth operations of the Project Management team. Since joining CPM, Deborah has contributed her skills to five different relocation management accounts and is currently overseeing two major ground-up hospitality projects in Los Angeles. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from University of California, San Diego

Melissa Toledo
Project Associate

Melissa Toledo has worked for a number of years in driving projects forward with her strong business acumen and superb Project Management skills. “I’m very proud of the projects I have overseen and relationships I have built in my 3 years at CPM. The company’s impact on carrying large development projects in a variety of industries is really exciting to be a part of,” said Melissa. Melissa brings a number of years of experience and a proven track record of success in the Project Management and operations area, which is invaluable in meeting the needs of CPM and clients.


Cheyenne Kato
Operations Manager

Cheyenne is a native-born California gal with a love for numbers. She manages the accounting department and works closely with the executive team. Cheyenne holds an A.S. in accounting from College of the Canyons, Valencia, California and keeps up to date with new developments in the accounting industry by attending classes and workshops.

Anna Fonseca
Operations Assistant

Anna works with both clients and our field team to make sure that we are providing the best service CPM can offer. With an extensive administrative background and over a year at CPM, Anna coordinates all of the company’s services for clients in all sectors including Higher Education, Municipality, Corporate, and more.
