CPM STUDIO
Revolution Prep is a cutting-edge tutoring business with offices located in Southern California. They relocated their headquarters to an empty industrial space in Santa Monica, and CPM carried out their full interior build-out, including removal of an existing bathroom to open-up more space. CPM built accent walls to divide the work areas while strategically adding shelves in the common area and power poles by the workstations. New carpet tiles and hardwood floors were installed throughout, and the project was completed with a dark coat of paint on the ceiling and white on the brick walls for a contrast and finalize the modern-contemporary look.
Farfetch established their Los Angeles headquarters in a newly renovated building in the heart of DTLA. Their office started out as an empty shell, and CPM provided tenant improvement services including custom furniture and fixture installation throughout the entire 30,000sqft office. CPM worked closely with custom furniture manufacturer to execute this beautiful and unique office.

CPM took on an extensive job with Brookfield Properties to provide Owner’s Rep construction management of the C Building at California Market Center alongside several TI projects of their other two buildings. CPM was able to assist the Leasing Office with their prospective tenants and provide fit plans and space plans. CPM managed the overall TI schedule, budget, and scopes of fashion retail showrooms of various sizes.
Traveling Coaches is located on the ground floor of a high-traffic corporate building and was looking to redesign and renovate their offices. CPM provided a full design & build service which included installation of glass walls to bring in natural light, new carpet design and color palette to match company branding and oversee FF&E design choices to assure that all renovations matched the aesthetic vision of the client’s brand.
Artist Collective contracted CPM to manage and perform their Tenant Improvement contract. CPM took a role in rejuvenating an existing 5,000sqft dance studio in Century City by removing existing hardwood floors and laying fresh new Marlay flooring. Lighting fixtures were replaced with new LED tracks and the entire studio was improved with a fresh and brighter color palette. CPM was responsible for procuring all materials and managing subcontractors to perform this project.
